If your order is placed before 2pm we will make every effort to ship the same day. There are two delivery methods; First Class Standard (3-5 working days). Delivery charge is £4.95 per delivery. Priority Shipping (2-3 working days). Delivery charge is £8.95 per delivery. We have FREE COMPLIMENTARY UK shipping for orders of over £250.00

European Union

For EU countries*, we have a Flat fee of 9.95 per delivery. All Duty and Taxes are paid by us. For orders of less than £100, shipping fee is £14.95 *For Cyprus, Malta and Lithuania, we have a flat fee of £25.00 per delivery and all all duty and taxes are paid by us.

USA

The shipping fee for USA is £9.95. For orders of less than £100, the shipping fee is £14.95

Rest of the world

The shipping fee is calculated at the check out.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is unsuitable you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please return the unworn goods within 14 days of receipt if in UK and 28 days for the REST OF THE WORLD.

SHOP PURCHASE

If an item is unsuitable you can return it for CREDIT NOTE or an EXCHANGE. Please return the unworn goods within 14 days. Please note that we do not make refunds on shop purchases. We do not provide a free return service. Please note that returning parcels are your responsibility until they reach us, so we suggest using registered post for peace of mind.
