Delivery Charge Disappointment
"The ankle boots are lovely and of very good quality. My disappointment was that I paid the delivery charge of £4.95 at order point for a £135 sale purchase, however, shortly afterwards, on the same day, free delivery on over £100 was offered to customers. My delivery charge stood. To make things worse, Royal Mail were terrible with the delivery and I only received the boots in the nick of time for a wedding! They stipulated a signature was needed but left the package on my front doorstep in the dark and no one asked for a signature. There was no next day delivery option from Crispinsshoes."
